Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to welcome you to Crate X! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our tour booking policy below: Tour Availability: Tours are available by appointment only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour. Short-notice cancellations may result in limited future booking availability. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled tour without prior notice, we may be unable to accommodate future bookings. Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin on time. Tours typically last 15 – 30 minutes. Health & Safety: Guests must follow all safety guidelines while on-site.
